Ben Franklin Transit will launch new fixed-route services on Sunday, June 14, adding hourly trips to the Pasco Aquatic Center and a weekday route for Amazon employees from the 22nd Avenue Transit Center — schedules will adjust again when the Aquatic Center opens June 27.
The City of Richland awarded a $785,230 contract to Big D’s Construction to rebuild the Columbia Playfield North Parking Lot. The project will add new pavement — improved stormwater management, lighting, landscaping and striping — to restore safe public access to the sports complex.
