- ➤ Semillero de Ideas, a local nonprofit founded by Josefina Luciano and Erik Nicholson, is to receive a $1.1 million grant from Washington state's Climate Commitment Act to support workplace safety for farmworkers facing climate challenges such as extreme heat + wildfire smoke. NBC Tri-Cities
- ➤ Ben Franklin Transit reports its new security officers boosted bus rider safety in their first two weeks on the job, and on Tuesday, Mar. 3, the agency installed LVT mobile security systems at transit centers. A security officer helped an adolescent in need by quickly connecting them with law enforcement. KEPR TV

- ➤ The Goat Health Clinic in south Richland is launching a new approach to longevity care that offers chiropractic care, nutrition advice and its Superhuman Protocol, which uses electromagnetic field therapy, oxygen mask workouts and red-light therapy.
