- ➤ Richland School District is gathering community feedback on facility priorities after voters rejected a $314 million bond for a new high school last year. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Water managers expect users in the Yakima Basin to receive only 44% of their normal supply this season because low mountain snowpack raises drought concerns. Kennewick and Roza irrigation districts plan voluntary scheduling in April and may temporarily shut down water delivery to protect crops. Apple Valley News Now
