- ➤ Over the weekend, Kennewick Police arrested Ryan Magula, aged 42, and chased Kameron Hagadus, aged 30, for stealing a heavy-duty truck—Magula was taken at the scene—while Hagadus fled but later surrendered when his truck was found abandoned on West Gage Boulevard. KONA

- ➤ Rock star Chris Daughtry and his band will perform on Wednesday, August 20 at the Benton Franklin County Fair and Rodeo in Kennewick—tickets will go on sale Friday, March 21 at 8 a.m. with reserved seating options ranging from $30 to $60. The KEY

- ➤ Tariffs on imported building materials from Canada, Mexico and China are raising costs for new home construction and remodeling, with prices already climbing higher before more tariffs take effect.
