- ➤ The Pasco Public Facilities District adopted a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for a new aquatics facility that Bouten Construction and NAC designers will build for $40.4 million — officials said the contract ensures a firm budget as the project moves forward. NBC Tri-Cities
