- ➤ Richland officers responded to a traffic stop on Sanford Ave after a neighbor reported a man slumped in a stolen Chevy Trailblazer, and when the driver tried to smoke fentanyl and drove over safety devices, a pit maneuver forced him to stop—police broke the window to remove him, treat him at a hospital, and book him on several charges. - ➤ A 34-year-old Richland man—Jonathan Michael Atkinson—was indicted on 11 counts including child sex trafficking, production of child pornography, online enticement of a minor, and forced labor after he was arrested Tuesday, April 8 by a multi-agency task force and he will be arraigned on Thursday, April 10.
