  • Airbnb is stepping up efforts to prevent loud parties this summer by introducing new anti-party technology—this system will block bookings during Memorial Day and July Fourth weekends to reduce disruptions and property damage.   • A heavily intoxicated minivan driver sped south on South Oak Street, sideswiped another vehicle, and slammed into an orchard near the Game Farm Road intersection—Benton County deputies said no one was hurt and the driver was jailed on Monday evening.  KONA

  • The U.S. Postal Service urged Washington residents to inspect and maintain mailboxes during National Mailbox Improvement Week from May 18 to 24 to keep mail safe.
