GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Rep. Dan Newhouse said a Congressional Budget Office report showed that the tax cuts and spending bill in the upper chamber will add trillions to the debt and may cut Medicaid for nearly 11 million people — Senate committees will review the bill on Tuesday while Newhouse backs bipartisan changes that also aim to reform the H-2A program to help meet farm labor needs.
