  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties will host the three-day Eerkes Memorial Auction and Golf Tournament from August 7 to 9 to raise funds for programs that provide mentoring, education support & career exploration for youth.   • Trevin Hansen was severely burned in a storage unit fire on July 4 after falling through a roof as he tried to put out the flames and was sent from Kadlec to Harborview for further care — a GoFundMe set up by friends to cover his treatment and his mother's expenses raised $25,655 as of July 7.  Apple Valley News Now
