- ➤ Kennewick Police arrested 44-year-old Adan Chapa from Pasco after DNA linked him to a string of four burglaries that occurred in one night last September at businesses along Columbia Center Boulevard, North Edison, and West Canal Drive—he faces multiple burglary charges after evidence such as a dropped headlamp was collected.
