  • Breeze Airlines will begin operating at PSC next March with flights to Burbank-Hollywood and one-stop service to Provo-Salt Lake City from $49 one-way — this new route fills a gap after Avelo ended its Pasco flights and may expand to offer more service in the Tri-Cities area.  The KEY

  • Benton County Sheriff's deputies stopped a motorist near Sellards Road and Tyacke Road around 8:24 a.m. when his car swerved and later learned he gave a fake Florida license and had an active felony warrant for narcotics trafficking while his car was reported stolen from Seattle—he was arrested for DUI, identity theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, and forgery.  NewsTalk 870
  • A 33-year-old woman with multiple warrants—including charges of assault in the 2nd degree, unlawful imprisonment in Franklin County and a federal warrant for firearm possession—was arrested Thursday near 6th and Washington in Kennewick by a Criminal Apprehension Team working with the METRO Drug Task Force and SWAT team and booked in Benton County Jail.  NBC Tri-Cities

  • Over 67,000 cases of Power Stick deodorants were voluntarily recalled on July 10th due to trace benzene—a known carcinogen—and major retailers like Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Amazon sold the product in Washington.   • Kayem Foods Inc. recalled the ALL NATURAL al fresco CHICKEN SAUSAGE SWEET APPLE—11-oz vacuum-packed packages with lot code 179 produced on June 28 and marked with a USE/FRZ BY date of OCT 01—after three consumers found white plastic pieces in the product. Consumers who bought it should throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.  The KEY
  • Kayem Foods Inc. recalled its 'ALL NATURAL al fresco CHICKEN SAUSAGE SWEET APPLE' after three consumers found plastic pieces in 11-oz vacuum-packed packages produced on June 28 with lot code 179 and USE/FRZ BY date OCT 01—this recall involves over 20,000 pounds of product.
