  • Breeze Airlines will begin service at Tri-Cities Airport next March — offering flights to Burbank-Hollywood, Calif., and Provo-Salt Lake City, Utah on Wednesdays and Saturdays from $49 one-way after Avelo ended its western operations.   • The KPD CAT team arrested 33-year-old Artemisa Sanchez after she eluded authorities for weeks at a Kennewick apartment near 6th — Washington on Thursday, with SWAT and the Metro Drug Task Force assisting her arrest on charges of unlawful imprisonment in Franklin County and a US Marshals felony illegal weapons charge.  NewsTalk 870
  • A 41-year-old illegal alien and registered sex offender, Victor Martin Lara-Lopez, appeared in court on July 17 for trying to assault ICE agents during a traffic stop in Pasco — he now faces 2 counts of assault on a Federal Officer after he partially opened his window and drove off, striking an agent's vehicle.  NewsTalk 870
