- ➤ Kennewick police investigated a reported shooting after finding four spent shell casings at the intersection of Grand Ronde Avenue and north Kent Street at 10:30 p.m. on September 2—no property damage was reported and no victims came forward while officers asked the community for any helpful information. - ➤ Pasco police said Lorenzo Ayohua-Ramos, 42, died in a hit-and-run when he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the 700 block of West Clark Street on August 29 at 9 p.m.+ on September 2, detectives arrested+ booked the suspect driver into Franklin County Jail on charges of vehicular homicide. - ➤ On August 29 at around 9 p.m. on West Clark Street in Pasco, 42-year-old Lorenzo Ayohua Ramos was fatally struck by a hit and run driver and died at the scene, and on September 2 police arrested the suspect—witnesses called 911 right after the incident. NBC Tri-Cities
