- ➤ Washington lawmakers will consider a ban on non-compete clauses in January after Rep. Liz Berry from Seattle introduced a measure that would stop companies from blocking workers from moving between jobs—a law that would align the state with others that already have full bans. KONA
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Researchers from Oregon Health and Science University showed that following a fixed bedtime each night lowered blood pressure for 11 adults with hypertension; the study recorded a drop of 4 mmHg systolic and 3 mmHg diastolic after two weeks.
