ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Firefighters responded to a large house fire on Broadview Drive near south 38th Street in West Richland on Friday, Dec. 5; the blaze was contained before 10 a.m. and while residents evacuated unharmed, some pets remain missing.  Apple Valley News Now
  • Residents from a West Richland home were displaced after a garage fire Friday morning that damaged other rooms — firefighters contained the blaze by 10 a.m. and residents stayed with family as repairs began.  Apple Valley News Now

CULTURE NEWS

  • Richland’s Winter Wonderland celebrated holiday cheer on Dec. 5 with a Lighted Vehicle Parade at John Dam Plaza and festive activities at the community center.
