- ➤ Tri-Cities Animal Services in Pasco reports that it has cared for roughly 160 animals and taken in about 3,000 in 2025 amid increased demand from recent flooding and cold weather, with plans to coordinate further emergency evacuations (serving Kennewick, Pasco and Richland).
