- ➤ WA lawmakers are considering a bill that will round cash prices to the nearest nickel since the Mint stopped making pennies due to high costs. The bill sets prices ending in 1, 2, 6, or 7 to be rounded down + prices ending in 3, 4, 8, or 9 to be rounded up. The KEY

- ➤ Richland Fire and EMS launched Blood on Board to carry O-negative blood on ambulances for trauma patients. The agency uses military-grade coolers to keep supplies ready, and a blood drive is scheduled March 31 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Fire Station 74—2710 Duportail St.—to support the program.
